Issues

I have posted in a while. I have been dealing with issues at work. I have training a lot of new people and it is eating up a lot of my time at work to do my own job. When I work, I work at a fast pace and with me training people, I have to slow down to show them things. I don't mind training someone, but lately they have been giving one person after another and not giving me any time for myself. I told the personnel manager that I did not want to train people, but everyday I show up to work there is someone new waiting for me to train. I am left unprepared to show these people the ropes. Then, she will have me train two people at a time. I am tired. I need to quit. I am burned out at work. And the busiest time of the year for my job it coming at full speed and there is a lot of people not ready for it and I know I will have to pick up the slack. Man.........I AM FUCKED.
